This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Sally Louise Drutman ("Publisher") for the eBook PDF file ("eBook") accompanying this Agreement.
License Grant: Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the eBook for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to distribute, sell, sublicense, or modify the eBook.
Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that Publisher retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the eBook, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the eBook, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Publisher.
Warranty Disclaimer: The eBook is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Publisher be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the eBook, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Publisher if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease all use of the eBook and destroy all copies of the eBook in your possession or control.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Publisher concerning the eBook and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings concerning the eBook.
By purchasing and downloading the eBook, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
